Just Another Welker? Nice Catch, Mr. Collie!

Colts' teammates, coaches and media praised former BYU receiver Austin Collie following his performance in Sunday's win over the Seattle Seahawks. Collie finished with career/season highs of 6 catches for 65 yards and his first NFL touchdown reception.

Pretty menial but saying Collie is an "ex-BYU receiver" hurts...
He is a “former BYU receiver”. Just sounds nicer. “Ex” has a negative conotation.
Hi everyone
Austin has been very impressive for a rookie WR. He reminds many of us of a young Brandon Stokley, not necessarily a young Wes Welker (because, you know, Welker is a bitch). :)

Collie in Sports Illustrated as a riser for Fantasy Football
Found it interesting in the SI Magazine I got in the mail yesterday (10/8) Collie was listed as one of the few risers in Fantasy Football and would be a good pickup for someone looking for a WR. Unfortunately it did list him as a second year player. Rookie mistake SI.
