According to the powers-that-be at ESPN, BYU is the nation's 23rd best football team going into the season. I know a lot can't be put into preseason rankings, or ESPN analysts, but it's a fun thing to discuss...Does BYU belong in a preseason 25 poll after finishing third in the Mountain West Conference in 2008?
