Color Me Shocked
I was really surprised with the BYU D. Excellent job.
I know it’s doubtful we could have won if Bradford wasn’t hurt, but we’ll take it. When we lost the ball in the 1st near the goaline, I just kept saying, “here we go again.”
But they shocked me. Congrats – if only I was there!
My swag was phenomenal.
Yeah
The nice thing about the Bradford deal is that we knocked him out cleanly…that hit by Clawson was phenomenal. There’s no excuse because a) it was clean and b) OU recruits the top guys in the country and are therefore unbelievably deep and talented, and c) we still had to overcome the all-American front defensive line.
Awesome game.
Too bad Bradford went down, but we lost a couple key guys, too.
That was fun. Let’s do it again against FSU and Utah!

While I still don’t think I’ll be able to sit & root for BYU, I have to say congrats on the win. BYU outplayed OU, got the key plays when they needed them, and hung on for the huge win.
Not much else you can ask for against the preseason’s #3 team in the nation.
And, combined with Utah killing ’Bama to end last year (+ TCU over Boise State), the MWC is looking good right now.
