Open Tourney Thread: We're Still Here

PrintIn case you awoke this morning with some doubt as to whether yesterday really happened...I can assure you that it did.
This is an open thread to 1) further discuss the Cougars' win over Florida, 2) discuss tomorrow's game against Kansas State, and 3) to discuss all the tournament action and VTF's Tourney Pick'Em over at Yahoo! Sports.
Of particular interest to BYU, are the games between 3 Pittsburgh and 14 Oakland, and 6 Xavier and 11 Minnesota - as well as Utah State hoping to knock off Texas A&M in the South Region. GO AGGIES!!!

Curse of the Bambino
Alright, less than a quarter-century doesn’t come close to qualifying as a real curse, but it’s great that our drought has seen its end. Yes, Jimmer was Jimmer, but the boy-wonder MLJ gets my nod for the game ball. He did so much more than provide a spark off the bench, it was a raging wildfire! Am I right in being scared about K-State’s athletic bigs that could give us equal if not more trouble than Florida’s? Lock ‘em down on D, and I think that’ll help us create a good offensive pace. G’Town sure forgot what defense was all about.
Should be worried, but...
In all reality, it’s going to be a 5 on 4 advantage for BYU. Honestly, KSU’s center does absolutely nothing on either end of the floor. He averages 1.8 pts a game and 3 rebounds.
But, their four other players are tremendous and will cause the Cougars some trouble. Emery has to have a big game defensively, and I think he can, and as a team they’ll have to limit fast break points and second chance points.
