I've only heard this rumor once
but its that BYU still goes independent in football but the MWC lets it stay in the league for other sports.
That’s why I voted for ‘Other’.
For The Love!!
Rise and shout the Cougars are out!!
I thought this scenario
Would be best for BYU right after I voted for “stay in the MWC”.
The independence in football I think is a good deal for BYU, despite being horrible for the conference.
I think BYU’s best best is to find a sweetheart deal like Texas in the Big 12, where BYU is recognized as the pivotal team that bring a large chunk of their exposure and prestige.
I don't pour beer on Max Hall's family often, but when I do, I prefer Dos Equis.
