BYU enters McKeon Pavillion to take on St. Mary's in the opening salvo in the Cougars new war upon the West Coast Conference. The Gaels have arguably been the most impressive team in the conference over the non-conference portion of the season. The folks at McKeon will ride the Cougars hard. It will be interesting to see if BYU, and its fans, face the kind of anti-Mormon vitriol that became common place during the MWC era. Seeing that St. Mary's is a Jesuit school named after the Mother of God, we should surely hope not.
