Tracking The Cougars: Jimmer To Workout For SacTown
Tomorrow Jimmer is scheduled to work out with the Sacramento Kings in a group workout. Although Jimmer is projected to go later than the Kings 7th pick, usually to the Jazz or Suns at 12 or 13, he is a darkhorse for their pick.
This workout could mean a lot for Jimmer. To the Kings at 7 is about the highest people say he can go, and if he show well and proves he can play defense I think he has a good chance at getting picked up by Sacramento. Unfortunately Kemba Walker, who was scheduled to participate in the workout, pulled out. So we won't get a Jimmer vs. Kemba showdown just yet, but on the 15th they're scheduled to workout for the Jazz.
Also working out with Jimmer are Tobias Harris, Tyler Honeycutt, Sam Muldrow, Josh Harrellson, and Randy Culpepper.

Mountain West Meetings Actually Contain More News Then A New Logo - Mountain West Connection
The MWC has included new bylaws for teams who decide to leave the conference. Basically teams leaving the MWC, if notifying before June 30th, have to forfeit their final year of television revenue. Which would be about 2 million. If they miss the June 30th deadline the school would either forfeit the revenue and play $5,000,000 or pay double the amount of last years revenue, whichever sum is greater.

Former Utah, BYU coaches spice up Rivalry for Charity golf event | The Salt Lake Tribune
The Annual golf charity even BYU and Utah coaches participate in took place on Monday. As always Bronco brought current players while Kyle Whittingham brought proven ringers. Luckily for Bronco this year he didn't have to sing the Utah fight song. One BYU team did win though. LaVell Edwards' team beat out Ron McBride's team.

I think he impresses
in this workout. He would be an AWESOME fit with Tyreke Evans in that back court.
Also, as floated by Jason Shepard (ESPN 700), the chance that Sacramento is WILLING to trade Evans is ZERO. Not sure where that started, but it is just foolish.

Jimmer is going top 10
Alot of teams are saying positive things about him. Can’t wait to see him do his thing in the NBA
"I hate it! It looks like a stickup at 7-Eleven. Five guys standing there with their hands in the air."
Norm Sloan
"We have a great bunch of outside shooters. Unfortunately, all our games are played indoors."
Weldon Drew
It's very possible he goes top 10.
But I’m still a little skeptical. I think Sac is his best shot at a top 10. But I heard either the Bobcats or Bucks (forgot which) is also interested in him.
I think teams are afraid of three things: 1) they draft him high and he’s not as good as advertised; 2) they pass on him and he becomes a star; or 3) they wait to get him lower and someone else already picked him up. It’ll be interesting come draft day. Be prepared for a surprise.

Let's go Cougs!
thats basically all 3 possibilities a team can be afraid of except Cleveland
because they are #1 and can take anyone they want.
Jimmer is not working out for the Bucks so i dont think they are interested. I have not heard anything about the bobcats. they have DJ Augustin at PG so I dont think so.

It's definitely not 1, but it's definitely 2.
I’ve been predicting Jimmer to the Kings since the lotto.
