BYU Football Media Day 2011

Ever since we officially became Independent on July 1, we at VTF have looked forward to BYU Football Media Day. We won't be in person to report on things but we invite you to comment on it as we watch on BYUtv, ESPN and radio. Invite your friends to come chat and let's make this a fun day!

Ill be listening on the Zone.....

As a Ute fan, I am interested in the comings and goings of BYU football. I am a “cheer for BYU when they aren’t playing Utah, unless I am around annoying fans” type of Ute fan, so I still like it. I won’t listen to Greg Wrubell because he is more of a fan than a reporter. I like 1280 the zone’s coverage, tehy will give you everything, the good, the bad, and everything in between. Plus, most of their guys have actually played D-1 football, so they know their stuff.

ESPN's Dave Brown says 8 games are already scheduled to be on ESPN in 2012

Well no actual announcements

but calling out Florida, Alabama, Michigan, Ohio State & Wisconsin possibly means that they have been in talks with those schools. The problem is that most of their schedules are ready for years down the road but there could be things to come.
