I agree the site is a work in progress, but all good things take time.

As for the bball smack, talk about the pot callin the kettle black. Funny that you talk about BYU coming in thinking they’d win the WCC, when I’m pretty sure if any school thought the title was theirs from the beggining, it was the Zags. How’s that consecutive title streak lookin now? Also, if I were a Zag fan (when they’re not playing BYU I am), I don’t think I’d be talkin too much smack. You already forget the last 2 meetings we’ve had? The BYU-GU game in Provo wasn’t exactly a nail biter and I’ll give you a pass on getting absolutely ran-out-da-gym in Denver last year.

I obviously expect GU to play better at home (Sacre might show up this time, and I’d assume Pangos will have a better night too), but I also wouldn’t look passed the fact BYU didn’t exactly shoot the lights out in Provo either. Both teams will be playing much better on the 23rd. I’m looking forward to returning to the Kennel, it’s gonna be a GREAT atmosphere for an all out war.

We appreciate the compliments. I think the biggest impediment is the general ignorance to the “Fan Post” section. If fans realized that they could post whatever idea or story or feature they wanted, I think more would be apt to come. The great thing about the SBN format is it combines both professional level commentary from staff AND the Wild West nature of a message board. We, as a staff, need to do a better job at getting that message out.

And ZagaZags, as a current Gonzaga Law student, I appreciate your love of the Zags!

Zach is EXACTLY right! As soon as other realize they can post “FanPosts” this place will turn around. I know I can do a better job (trust me, I can bring more then a delicious smile & some fun gifs) as well. This site sat basically dormant for months on end. Most BYU fans wrote it off. Great content and a niche of commenters will slowly bring people back. I like the chances of this blog starting August of this year, to really rise from the dust and become a thriving community.

Would you mind posting the WCC walkthrough on Slipper Still Fits? i think it would be a nice addition to the Gonzaga site. Plus you could say it is from VTF BYUs site. I think it would be a goo fanpost.

I was also shocked at the low amount of commentors vs the quality of writers and fanposts/shots I see here.

Makes me feel very lucky to be a Zag fan and having a blog that draws in so many enthusiastic fans over at TSSFs.

Must get kind of boring writing such good stuff and having no-one comment. LIke you are talking to yourself. I would HATE that.

I’ll stop in from time to time and add a comment of two. I know I have a bit of a following from my rants over on SlipperStillFits. Zach might like to get shed of me from time to time too.
