BYU and ESPN announced today dates and times for BYU's first four home games. As rumored, the season opener against Mike Leach and the Washington State Cougars has been moved to Thursday, CFB's opening night. Here's the rest of what's been set:

Thurs 8/30 | Washington State - 8:15 pm MT, ESPN
Sat 9/8 | Weber State - 1:00 pm MT, BYUtv
Fri 9/28 | Hawaii - 6:00 pm MT, ESPN
Fri 10/5 | Utah State - 8:15 pm MT, ESPN/ESPN2

Some BYU fans, eager to complain about anything, will likely voice opposition to more Thursday and Friday games. One Thursday home game isn't terrible, and Friday means Joe Tessitore. It also means BYU gets more eyes all to themselves.
