My personal opinion. I trust the powers that be at BYU (Samuelson, Worthen, Holmoe, Mendenhall, etc.) to make a prudent decision for the athletic program. I think peoples obsession to know what the thoughts and feelings of this administration is, stems from the fact that we as a society have moved past a 24 news cycle to something much more insane/fast.

Wellesley High senior point guard Cooper Ainge decided on Monday night to accept a preferred walk-on role for Brigham Young University, according to The Salt Lake Tribune.

Ainge is the son of former BYU standout and current Boston Celtics President Danny Ainge. The younger Ainge is expected to play -- possibly redshirt -- one year with the Cougars before embarking on an LDS Church mission.
