BYU's projected starter at left guard, Jason Speredon, tore his rotator cuff in practice on Thursday and is out for the year. Speredon will be replaced by Marco Thorson. Yikes. If Matt Reynolds isn't ready for the Oklahoma game on September 5th, then the offensive line will have two redshirt freshman on the left side. (Remember Max Hall is a right-handed passer so this is his backside we're talking about.) Yikes people. In lesser news DB Brandon Bradley returned from a minor injury to play with the first team this morning. Also, LB Terrence Hooks is apparently close to returning from injury as well.
