VTF Top 25: Week 2

Did Louisiana-Monroe do enough to get ranked by our voters?
Did Louisiana-Monroe do enough to get ranked by our voters?

Our contributors have spoken. After a week full of upsets, did our set of voters think BYU had done enough to move out of "also receiving votes" and into the top 25? The poll is below the jump!

Our host of voters puts BYU tied at 22nd with Boise State. I'm personally disappointed we didn't see more votes for Louisiana-Monroe -- what more do you want than 1-0 with a win over a top-10 team on the road? As Presten put it, "Any team who knocks off a Top 10 team on the road...and gets paid to do it...deserves a vote."

Presten and a couple other voters gave were able to squeeze Utah State in for its upset win over Utah. Presten said, "Probably won't have a chance to give them a shout out the rest of the season."

As for the top 25 itself, UCLA and Arizona both made their debuts with surprising wins. LSU's domination of Washington was enough to sway our voters to move them into the #2 spot. #GAMEOFTHECENTURY part 3?

Stay tuned for the SB Nation BlogPoll Top 25, which takes this ballot and many others into one poll.
