Saturday Tailgate and Viewing Party Set for BYU Salt Lake Center

BYU fans will have a home away from home to party and tailgate this Saturday. Here are your details for the tailgate and viewing party as BYU takes on Utah in Salt Lake City:

While the BYU Salt Lake Center is hosting, this is definitely a by-the-fans, for-the-fans event. This is not an event thrown by a club or organization to ask for donations or to try and get you to sign up for a club membership. BYU-SLC is simply playing host to a tailgate and viewing party at its downtown location of 345 W North Temple in Salt Lake, with lots of input from the @TailgatingBYU crew.

Here's what you need to know: tailgating is open starting at 1:00 p.m. in the center's south parking lot. This *does* include RV's, but you don't need an RV to get grilling. 6:00 p.m. starts official festivities hosted by BYU-SLC. If you don't have tickets to the game, then stick around for kickoff at 8:00 p.m. on a 22-foot screen.

If you think you can cook, first prize in the barbecue contest will win you a Kindle Fire. Drinks and prizes will be available throughout the night.
