Tejan Koroma is a 6-0, 250 pound Center from Allen,Texas. He played center in high school, but is also a prospect to play fullback. He's a bit undersized for a lineman in comparison to the height and weight to most Division I lineman BYU will face, but he was an absolute beast in high school. In December, he was named to the Texas 5-A all-state first team.

Koroma was offered by UTEP, Air Force, Arkansas St., Army, and New Mexico. He is listed on 247sports.com as a two-star recruit with a player rating of 76, largely because of his size for a lineman, even though he did very well there. BYU looks for him to add depth to our nimble O-Line and/or to play fullback to blast holes for our deep core of running backs. Currently the Cougars have 24 offensive lineman with eight of them being seniors. Not only could he provided depth, but if he can prove that he knows how to protect the quarterback, he should be able work his way into the rotation up front. He plans on being at BYU for the 2014 season and will join four other freshman that are looking for playing time.
