It should come as no big surprise to anyone that when Servite High School (CA) quarterback, Travis Waller announced his list of top four schools this evening, BYU was not on it. The 6-3, 190 pound dual threat quarterback is one of the country's top quarterback prospects in the 2015 class and has always been a long shot for the Cougars. Alabama, Northwestern, Notre Dame, and Ohio State were the schools lucky enough to make Waller's list.
Truly Blessed! My top 4 schools(No order) Stay tuned for @TrendsettersWW July 1st when I will announce my next home! pic.twitter.com/XicXba4Bbn

With Waller out of the picture, BYU has two other scholarship offers out to 2015 quarterbacks -- Pineview High School's (UT) Kody Wilstead and Roosevelt High School's (OR) Kimane Domena. It is rumored that BYU may be looking at Domena for a position other than quarterback, so the recruiting focus at quarterback is likely to be on Wilstead. Wilstead is a 6-6, 210 three-star pro-style quarterback according to 247sports.com. Although Wilstead may not be the high profile recruit and elite athlete Waller is, he has a big arm and the talent to be a talented quarterback for Cougars if they can get him to Provo.
Let us know what you think. Which prospects should BYU look at next for the quarterback position?
