After a wild and crazy opening weekend to March Madness, the NCAA Tournament is back to being front and center this weekend. The South and West brackets have had order restored as there isn't any team lower than a 4th seed that advanced to the Sweet 16. The East and Midwest are a different story as they have a number of lower seeds still playing.
After the Sweet 16 games were decided, we now have an Elite Eight round that doesn't include Duke or the Comeback Aggies of Texas A&M. We do have the 1 & 2 seeds from the South Region and the West Region. In the other regions we have both the 1 seeds but they will face a 6th seed and a 10th seed. So for those that picked brackets by the numbers can feel a little comfort knowing all four one seeds made a deep run, and could make for some good basketball coming up.
