Watch Whitney Fredette and others poke fun at Jimmer's boring tweets in the latest Cougars on Cougars

Jess and Mary get to know BYU Basketball's newest guard Steven Beo and have some of Jimmer Fredette's biggest fans read his boring tweets.

In this week's episode of Cougars on Cougars, we sit down with former KNDU-TV Washington Sports Anchor and Play-by-Play Broadcaster Greg Talbott (currently of WSAV-TV in Savannah, GA), who covered the high school career of BYU Basketball's newest scholarship recipient, Steven Beo.

A native of Richland, Washington, Steven averaged 26.7 points, 6.1 rebounds, and 4.4 assists as a senior. We ask Greg why BYU fans should be excited about Beo, and why Greg (as a Gonzaga University fan) might be a little scared to have his Zags face Beo. A 6' 3" shooting guard, Greg describes Beo as "a born and bred shooter with range and distance" who will fit perfectly into Coach Rose's scheme. We also get the inside scoop on Steven's off-the-court temperament and his nickname among the local Washington media.

What do rainy days, Costco, and Halloween have in common? They're all mentioned in our new segment, Boring Jimmer, where we have some of Jimmer Fredette's biggest fans read his somewhat boring tweets. And we bring you more photos of cute kids whose parents are Raising 'em Right. You might see a surprising or familiar face (or two) in these segments!

And, as always, we round up this week's news from the BYU social mediasphere, including a number change for BYU Quarterback Taysom Hill, wins over the University of Utah in the State of Sport Awards, and Jabari Parker's tour of Utah County.
