Episode 21 of Cougars on Cougars is here! We bring back Cougs in the Classroom, where we open up the NCAA rulebook and learn something new. This time, it’s the rule changes approved by the Football Rules Committee for implementation beginning this 2016 season. We’ll dive into the new targeting and replay rules, teach you what a “defenseless player” now includes, explain the role of an “independent medical observer” and more.
