According to BYU’s official website, the games with each program are as follows:
San Diego State:
- Nov. 30, 2019 in San Diego
- Nov. 14, 2020 in Provo
McNeese State:
- September 22 OR October 13, 2018 in Provo
BYU athletic director Tom Holmoe indicated in December that the Cougars were in talks with the Aztecs to begin a home-and-home series. San Diego State is the third member of the original Mountain West Conference to schedule a home-and-home series with BYU (Utah and UNLV are the other two). BYU and San Diego State last met in the 2012 Poinsettia Bowl, when Kyle Van Noy scored two defensive touchdowns en route to a 23-6 BYU victory.
McNeese State is a FBS school located in Lake Charles, Louisiana. BYU will reportedly be paying McNeese State $525,000 to play in Provo:

With the McNeese State announcement, BYU’s 2018 schedule is nearly complete. BYU now has 11 scheduled games for 2018, with 5 of those being in Provo; look for BYU to add one more game in Provo to round out the schedule.
