Sub-tweeting is great, but not so subtle sub-tweeting is even better!
On Thursday morning, BYU athletic director Tom Holmoe tweeted this.
Coug Fans: Should I try and get a game? pic.twitter.com/7aBCc30bBl

THE ANSWER, TOM, IS YES! YES YOU SHOULD GET A GAME WITH OHIO STATE WHY IS THAT EVEN WORTH ASKING!?
Sure, the crew is *primarily* there for the volleyball tournament, but Tom doesn’t bluff, at least he better not be, especially about this.
If they were to play, it would probably have to be 2024, as that is the next open date for Ohio State and BYU, assuming neither school changes previously scheduled games. The two schools have played three times before; 1982 and 1993 Holiday Bowls, and the 1985 Citrus Bowl. Ohio State won all three.
A return trip to Provo would be unlikely, given Ohio State’s obligation to play nine league games, but you never know.
Also, you know who’s played the “Team Down South” before?

Come on Tom, make it happen!
