Tight End Matt Bushman continues to impress

Ever since Ty Detmer joined the BYU coaching staff, fans have been anticipating the return of great tight end play. One of the bright stars at that position is Matt Bushman. After a strong spring Matt has been showing off his skills in practice, including this impressive catch in the video below. Let’s hope the Mangum-Bushman connection becomes a regular thing in 2017.

Talon Shumway continues to show up on these highlight videos as well. He hasn’t seen much action prior to this season but so far it seems like he will be an integral part of the offense. If he keeps making catches like the one below, I think we’ll all be happy.

We’re not done until you get your daily does of practice footage

I’m not going to say much about these videos of practice footage but I will say this. The drone shot of Fred Warner knocking down tackling dummies with his pure strength is worth of some sort of awards. After watching that clip about 43 times over I feel motivated to take on the day and become the person I think that I can be.
