BYU Football Recruiting: Utah 5A MVP TE Dallin Holker signs with BYU

The Lehi TE should probably be arrested for lighting the entire state of Utah on fire with his senior year performance.

Boise State v BYU

Back on March 20th, Dallin Holker gave his verbal commitment to play for BYU and today he makes it official with his signature.

The three-star tight end out of Lehi, Utah built upon his impressive junior season with an insane senior year, where he caught 97 passes for 1766 yards, including 22 touchdowns. To put that in perspective, BYU scored 13 touchdowns through the air this last season. His performance earned him 5A MVP honors per Deseret News.

The Cougars were the third team to extend an offer to the 6’4” 225 lbs. tight end, with Oregon State and Colorado State also extending offers. Dallin was the first tight end in the 2018 class to verbally commit to BYU.

Holker is a two-sport athlete, currently hooping it up for the Lehi basketball team where he’s averaging 12.7 points and 5.9 rebounds per game.
