With the NBA Draft just 10 days away, former BYU Basketball guard Elijah Bryant continues his NBA workout schedule today with the Memphis Grizzlies.
Grizzlies announce a workout tomorrow afternoon with the following dudes:
— Peter Edmiston (@peteredmiston) June 11, 2018
Elijah Bryant (BYU)
Demetrius Denzel-Dyson (Samford)
Donte Ingram (Loyola (IL))
Yante Maten (Georgia)
Terrell Miller (Murray State)
Sviatoslav Mykhailiuk (Kansas)
After the workout with the Grizzlies, Bryant will have worked out for 6 NBA teams, The other teams he has worked out for are the Milwaukee Bucks, Utah Jazz, LA Lakers, Brooklyn Nets and Boston Celtics.
Bryant isn’t expected to be one of the 60 players selected in this year’s draft, but he could follow a similar path that Kyle Collinsworth took as a undrafted player in the G-League to a contract with the Dallas Mavericks. If that doesn’t work out, making money to hoop in Europe isn’t a bad life either.
The Draft will be held Thursday, June 21.
