Team Fredette picked up a pair of wins over the weekend to advance to the semifinals of The Basketball Tournament.
Super 16: Team Fredette 104, Fort Wayne Champs 91
Jimmer was sensational in Team Fredette’s Super 16 win, as he poured in 41 points to help Team Fredette overcome a 15-point deficit.
Jimmer also added a team high 8 rebounds to go along with 5 assists, while Brandon Davies chipped in 11 points and 7 boards. Charles Abouo added 2 points and 2 rebounds off the bench.
Quarterfinals: Team Fredette 100, Scarlet & Gray 78
The Ohio State squad was no match for Team Fredette, as Jimmer put up a “quiet” 28 points in the blowout win.
Jimmer put former NBA veteran Jared Sullinger on skates near the end of Team Fredette’s convincing win.

What’s next:
Team Fredette will travel to Baltimore to play in the semifinals Thursday night on ESPN. A win would put them in the finals Friday night.
The winning team of The Basketball Tournament will take home 2 million dollars.
