Max Hall was asking about burritos in infamous “intent to deceive” penalty

In case you didn’t know, burritos are very deceiving to college football refs

Remember that “intent to deceive” penalty Max Hall got when he pretended like he was getting a call from the sideline and running back Harvey Unga instead took a direct snap for a touchdown?

Well, it turns out BURRITOS are the culprit for why Max Hall got flagged for unsportsmanlike conduct. According to former BYU offensive lineman Terrence Brown, who was at right guard during that play, Max Hall asked, “Hey Broseph! Did you just throw a burrito out the window?”

Terrence responded to a tweet from BYU fan Ryan Teeples:

The touchdown was called back, but BYU didn’t have any problem dispatching Air Force in a 38-21 victory.

Just another story from the legendary career of the all-time winningest quarterback in BYU history.
