Earlier this week on Cougar Tracks I discussed how Barrington has become one of the most improved players in the program this season. Redshirt freshman getting his first start at right guard. #BYU
Redshirt freshman Clark Barrington is expected to get his first career start in place of Hoge. Barrington is listed as 6’6”, 302 pounds in the official roster. Harris LaChance and Thomas Shoaf will likely be the backups behind Barrington.
Hoge has started all five games this year and all 13 last season. He’s had his ups and downs this season, which could partially be attributed to injury; Hoge suffered an injury during the spring scrimmage.
BYU and USF kickoff at 1:30 MST on CBS Sports Network.
