BYU Olympic Sports have been in action, and some teams have been dominant in their conferences.
BYU Men’s Soccer
After another undefeated and dominant season in its conference, BYU men’s soccer went to Washington to compete in NIRSA regionals. BYU easily swept the competition, winning all four games in the competition to qualify for nationals. The results were as follows:
BYU 7 - 1 Central Washington
BYU 7 - 0 Washington State
BYU 10 - 0 Montana State
BYU 7 - 0 Gonzaga (Regionals Final)
BYU Rugby
BYU’s rugby team’s dominance is no secret, but sometimes it still manages to impress us. Their dominance has continued in the 2019 fall season. BYU beat Utah State 167-0 last Friday, and then beat Wyoming on Saturday 87-0. BYU has outscored its opponents in their six games by a score of 500-29.
BYU next plays Utah Valley on November 8.
BYU Baseball
BYU Baseball played Utah over the weekend in a fall game, and beat the Utes 12-8.
