BYU Basketball is hitting the road for the first time this 2019-20 season, and will be at Houston Friday night.
In the all Cougar matchup, the BYU Cougars are 2-1 on the season, while the Houston Cougars are 1-0. Houston beat Alabama State in their opener Tues., 84-56. In BYU’s most recent game, they outlasted Southern Utah University, 68-63.
The game between BYU and Houston is part of a home-and-home that started last year, in which BYU lost at the Marriott Center, 76-62. Houston went on to have a successful rest of the season, losing in the Sweet 16 to Kentucky.
Houston is favored to win this year’s matchup between the Cougars, so we’ll see what type of fight BYU can come out with. Here’s how to watch:
