Death, taxes, and New Orleans Saints Head Coach Sean Payton utilizing QB Taysom Hill in absolutely amazing ways. The Saints and Texans are facing off in the Monday Night Football game on ESPN, and former (and fan-favorite) BYU QB Taysom has already been in on more plays than probably any other backup QB in the league. He’s got 2 carries for 8 yards and 1 reception for 9 yards and a touchdown so far as the Saints mount a comeback against the Texans. As I write this, it’s 21-17 at the end of the third. (UPDATE: The Saints just took the lead, 24-21. But Taysom got them to 17.) Turn on ESPN if you haven’t already. Anyway, here is the TD pass from Drew Brees to Taysom in all its glory:

Honestly, Taysom NFL touchdowns will never get old. I, for one, can’t wait to see what else Payton does with his favorite Swiss Army Knife throughout the rest of the year.
