BYU Basketball is in ‘Bubbleville’ in Uncasville, Connecticut, and will play USC Tues. afternoon as part of the Roman Legends Classic. It will be the first of two games for BYU in the Classic, the second being against St. John’s on Wed. evening.

The BYU Cougars are off to a 3-0 start on the season after beating Westminster, New Orleans, and UVU last week. Their most recent game was against UVU at the Marriott Center on Nov. 28, where they won 82-60. That game was the first time we saw Matt Haarms in BYU blue. He was limited to just 12 minutes but scored 10 points. We also learned the news on that day that Gavin Baxter would be out for the season, making Haarms and Caleb Lohner the next men up.

The USC Trojans (22-9 overall last season) have opened this season with a 2-0 record, having won games against California Baptist and Montana. USC needed overtime to beat California Baptist, 95-87, but took care of Montana in regulation on Nov. 28, 76-62.
