No. 2 Gonzaga will visit Provo on Saturday night to face the no. 23 BYU Cougars in a highly anticipated, sold out match-up.

The Gonzaga Bulldogs and BYU Cougars last played on Jan. 18 in Spokane. The Cougars lost that game, 92-69. Gonzaga is undefeated in conference play, at 13-0. BYU is holding steady at second place in the WCC with an 11-3 record.

BYU finds itself on a seven game winning streak, while Gonzaga has won 19 straight. You’ll have to look all the way back to Nov. for Gonzaga’s one and only loss to Michigan.

San Francisco visited Gonzaga Thursday night and the Bulldogs actually found themselves down 31-22 at halftime but managed to pull off the 71-54 win in the end.

BYU played Santa Clara at the Marriott Center on Thursday. The second half ended up being close up until the end, when thanks in large part to a great performance by TJ Haws (28 points, 9 assists), the Cougars were able to pull away a little bit and claim the 85-75 victory.

Saturday marks BYU’s last home game of the 2019-2020 season, meaning it will be Senior Night. The seniors who listed on BYU’s roster are Yoeli Childs, TJ Haws, Dalton Nixon, Jake Toolson, Zac Seljaas, Evan Troy and Taylor Maughan. Needless to say, it is a group of guys that will be sorely missed.

ESPN’s Matchup Predictor gives BYU a 37 percent chance of winning Saturday’s showdown vs. Gonzaga. We’ll see if BYU can beat those odds, with the help of 19,000 fans. Here’s how you can watch the game:
