How to watch BYU Basketball at Saint Mary’s

BYU plays its second WCC game at SMC on Thursday night.

BYU Basketball is in California to take on the Gaels of Saint Mary’s College Thursday night.

Both teams have 9-3 overall records, and are 0-1 in West Coast Conference play. BYU finally managed to play its first conference game at Gonzaga on Jan. 7, and lost 86-69. They had a bye on Jan. 9.

Saint Mary’s (who had their first two WCC games postponed) played Jan. 9 against Santa Clara and lost that game, 66-64.

Saint Mary’s lost their first game of the season to Memphis, then went on to win 8 games in a row before losing to San Diego State on Dec. 22 (BYU beat SDSU). SMC got its ninth win against Sacramento State (Dec. 30) before the loss to Santa Clara. It’s a big week for the Gaels, as they face off against the Cougars, then host unbeaten Gonzaga. BYU is scheduled to play at San Francisco on Saturday, so it’s a big week for them, too.
