NCAA Football: Boise State at Brigham Young Rob Gray-USA TODAY Sports

No. 19 BYU Football will take on future Big 12 opponent Baylor on Saturday afternoon in Waco, Texas.

Both the Cougars and Bears are 5-1 on the season. BYU is looking to get back in the win column after falling to Boise State last week, 26-17.

Baylor’s loss came two weeks ago at Oklahoma State, 24-14. The Bears played West Virginia last week and won that game, 45-20.

Saturday’s game will be the third ever meeting between BYU and Baylor, with the last one coming in 1984. BYU won the 1984 meeting, while Baylor won in 1983. ESPN’s matchup predictor gives Baylor a 73 percent chance of winning the 2021 matchup.
