BYU football just completed its first recruiting evaluation period as a member of the Big 12 Conference. The evaluation period runs from April 15-May 31. It’s an opportunity for college coaches to "assess the academic qualifications and playing ability of prospective student-athletes." A key piece to the formation of recruiting classes, the 2022 evaluation period took on greater significance as BYU now has Power Five affiliation to sell on the recruiting trail.
