Mitchell is a 6-foot-4, 265-pound lineman from South Summit High School in Kamas, which went 23-1 in Utah’s 2A classification in the last two seasons, winning state titles both years.

Mitchell is signing as an offensive lineman and has a 247 composite rating of 77.81. He played offensive and defensive tackle for the Wildcats as they tore through two seasons of competition.

As a senior, Mitchell recorded 76 tackles, including 13 sacks, grabbed an interception returned for 65 yards for a touchdown, forced two fumbles and recovered one, which he returned 30 yards for a Touchdown.
