Offensive lineman and BYU target Charlie Grammel signed with New Mexico on signing day. Grammel is a good talent who became lower priority after BYU secured commitments from Jacob Jimenez and J.J. Nwigwe.
Grammel is a 6-foot-3, 280-pound lineman who played offensive guard at Lone Star High School in Frisco, Texas. He is rated as a two-star prospect with a 247Sports composite rating of .7826.
