Time for another Know The Foe bio blast. This week, BYU is taking on Oregon State for the third time in four years.

2000: The Beavers went 11-1 led by Chad Johnson and T.J. Houshmandzadeh. Their only loss was to Washington, who also finished the year 11-1. Oregon State ended the season ranked #4 after destroying #10 Notre Dame in the Fiesta Bowl, 41-9.

2008: Oregon State went 9-4, including a home win over #1 USC. A win over #18 Pitt in the Sun Bowl had the Beavers finish #18 themselves.

1968: In the first year of the Pac-8, Oregon State finished the year 7-3 and ranked #15. Its three losses were by one at Iowa, by one at Kentucky, and by four at #1 USC.

WR Chad Johnson Ochocinco Johnson (2001) Johnson, best known for his persona and touchdown celebrations, played 11 healthy seasons in the NFL, missing just 10 games over that span. He caught 766 balls for 11,059 yards and 67 touchdowns, and is currently a free agent.
RB Steven Jackson (2004) A two-time All-American at Oregon State, Jackson is in his 9th year with the Saint Louis Rams. He has rushed for 9,364 yards and 52 touchdowns in his NFL career.
