More ups and downs this week with some clear signs. First: the home schedule is much better than first thought, thanks to Oregon State and Utah State playing so well. The second: Georgia Tech is not as good as expected.
WASHINGTON STATE (2-3)
LOST 51-26 to #2 Oregon
Simply outmatched by the Ducks in Seattle, not much expected from the Cougars here.
Next week: at #14 Oregon State (3-0)

WEBER STATE (0-5)
LOST to 37-13 to UC-Davis
The Wildcats continue to commit way too many turnovers to stay competitive, even despite outgaining UC-Davis.

UTAH STATE (4-1)

Chuckie Keeton threw for 402 yards and four touchdowns, while Kerwynn Williams rushed for 113 yards and caught 147 more. The Aggies are looking great.
Next week: at BYU (3-2), Friday on ESPN
#14 OREGON STATE (3-0)
WON 38-35 at Arizona
Sean Mannion threw for 433 yards as the Beavers put forth a strong fourth quarter to claim the win. Storm Woods rushed for 161 yards, while Markus Wheaton and Brandin Cooks put on another show at receiver, pulling down 166 and 149 receiving yards each. With Washington State next week, BYU should be hosting a top-15 team in Provo in two weeks. A great showcase, and likely means that ESPN will pick up the game.
