Fresno State added to BYU schedule in 2015 and 2017

Schedule news! And to the delight of our staff, it's with the #4 team in our Non-BCS Top 5.

BYU announced a two-game series with Fresno State on Wednesday. The Bulldogs will travel to Provo on Nov. 21, 2015 and BYU will return the trip on Nov. 4, 2017.

The 2015 meeting will mark the first game between the former WAC conference members since 1998. The two schools met five times in the '90s, with BYU holding a 3-2 edge. Fresno State won three of four meetings in the late '50s.

The 2015 schedule now has 9 games slated (4 home, 5 road), including the final three weeks of the season:

The road trip to Fresno in 2017 is the fourth game now scheduled that season, joining a roadie against East Carolina and home contests against Wisconsin and Boise State.
