The new look BYU Football team will make its debut to the public on March 26th in the spring game.
The event will give fans a chance to see the energy, attitude, and style of a program run by Kalani Sitake. Cougar faithful now have a date to eagerly wait for to see Ty Detmer's debut offense. Answers to questions like, "what blitz packages and personnel preferences will Ilaisa Tuiaki display?" It all gets to be clearer on March 26th.
Plus, fans now know when they can overreact to what they see at the spring game. March 26th. What if the offense doesn't score very much? Does it mean the offense is bad and the defense is awesome? What if the offense scores 50 points? Does that mean defense is going to be a weakness? What if it is an even showing and the offense scores 3 times but are stopped 3 times? Does that mean that neither the offense or defense are elite?
The event is going to be held at LaVell Edwards Stadium. Admission is free. The game usually takes place in the afternoon on a nice day where fans get their first dose of sunshine and a pink to red complexion to show off their football loyalty.
